While there is some value in a TestOut certification and it does show a certain level of experience to those who know what TestOut is, I definitely would not compare them to the industry standard that is Comptia. I wasn't required to lock up student cell phones, there were no stringent requirements about me not proctoring an entire class at one time, and there were no formal agreements on academic honesty while proctoring.
